What is it about?

The training provides an in-depth working knowledge of the theory and tools of the Bernstein Performance Model (BPM), a scientifically driven model for improving performance by reducing stress.

This comprehensive, evidence-based training was developed over 50 years of clinical work, teaching, research, and self-study by educator and Performance Psychologist, Dr. Ben Bernstein.

This training program provides an invaluable toolbox for working with stress- related issues such as performance anxiety, under-achievement, overwhelm, distraction, self-doubt, and stress-related physical symptoms.

This high-level, specialized training covers learning the BPM and applying it to oneself and the various issues that impact human performance in your clients. This is a unique opportunity to deepen and expand your repertoire of knowledge and tools for improving client performance, as well as broaden your client base and charge higher fees.

How does it work?

This training uses selected chapters of Dr. B’s books, The Only Stress Reduction Book You Will Ever Need and Crush Your Test Anxiety, as the core curriculum.

The training involves group and individual interactive sessions, didactic videos and readings, and mentoring and supervision as you apply the work to yourself and those you work with.

Time investment needed per week: 2-4 hours.
You may start the program at any time and can take up to four months to complete the training,

Phase 1: Learning the Model (6 weeks) Trainees learn to identify and reduce stress by applying the BPM theory and tools to their lives.

Phase 2: Supervision and Mentoring (4 weeks) Mentoring sessions offer a supportive space to explore how trainees apply the BPM in their client work, gaining valuable insights and refining their approach for greater impact.
